The Board of Directors meet monthly at the Community Room at the Smithville branch of First National Bank. The second Wednesday of each month, 12 Noon. The first (open) portion of the meeting is open to any member in-good-standing to attend.  During the closed portion of the meeting (per agenda), all non-Board Members will be excused.
