Festival of Lights & Lighted Parade - All along Main Street and indoor holiday market at Smithville REC Center.  Always the first Saturday in December.  
Rec Center Indoor Vendors 10am-4pm
Cornhole Competiton at Rec Center INDOORS 11am
Outdoor Vendors on Main Street 10am-4pm
Kids Fest Area and Live Music 10am-4pm 
Lighted Parade Starts at 7pm
