Event Description:
ARTISANS, GIFTS, and MORE! A one day SPECIAL SHOPPING EVENT at the Farmers Market! On Saturday December 16th from 10am until 4pm, featuring multiple events:


Christmas Shopping:
A variety of additional artisans will be presenting handmade arts/crafts such as jewelry made of natural stones/gems, cut glass, mosaic, embroidered/heat press clothing items, wood crafts, children’s clothing and jewelry, paintings, pottery, bird baths, bird feeders, wind chimes, lamps, and more! Plus all the artisan vendors who are market members creating metal marts, knitted goods, soaps, candles, ceramic tile art, wood furniture, and more!
 
Farmers Market:
In addition, the farmers market will be offering fresh winter veggies, grass-fed beef, pasture raised pork and chicken, farm eggs, local raw honey, prepared goods, breads, baked goods, cookies & confections, jams, jellies, pickles, Chinese herbals, herbs, flowers, and even more!


We will also have several local nonprofits at market asking for your support with donations of canned goods and money for pets and people:
 
Down Home Ranch: A non-profit working ranch for adults with disabilities will showcase their wonderful, coveted, Poinsettias and other items.


Bastrop County Animal Control and Shelter           
Adoptable fur babies – just in time for Christmas! The adoption fee will be “WAIVED” for a $20 donation fee to the Shelter. Collecting donations both monetary and pet supplies.
                                        
Bastrop County Emergency Food Pantry        
Collecting donations – both monetary and groceries for those in need in Bastrop County, ESPECIALLY during the holiday season.


Music/Entertainment


10am-11am
Youth group from Grace Mennonite Church. We are here to represent CAM, Christian Aid Ministries, an organization that helps in rebuilding after disaster hits. CAM was here after the fires to help rebuild homes. Presently CAM is helping with flood victims, besides other locations worldwide where needs are present. Accepting donations for the CAM group.

Dr. Joy Productions with Seasonal Music for Customer Enjoyment

1:30 p.m.
A SPECIAL presentation by Deena Spellman of Bastrop Gardens on “Cooking with Culinary Herbs”
