14th Annual Red, White and Blue Banquet to Honor Veterans

Tickets and sponsorships are now available for this year’s 14th Annual Red, White & Blue Veterans Banquet set for Saturday, November 11th at the Bastrop Convention and Exhibit Center. Our speaker this year will be Dr. Betty Moseley-Brown, President, Women Marines Association. All benefits go back into the community through donations to Bastrop County veteran’s organizations, the Bastrop County Veterans Honor Guard and Bastrop and Elgin High School NJROTC programs. The banquet raised over $5,000 last year and we’re hoping to exceed that this year. The committee gladly accepts donations throughout the year and we are proud to announce that the committee is now a 501(c) (3) organization. We are also soliciting items for our silent auction and volunteers to serve on the banquet committee and help make this annual event happen. Thank you Bastrop and thank you to all of our veterans and their families for their service!
